AccSys Technology, Inc. to form independent Company

Hitachi, Ltd. of Tokyo, Japan has announced that it has authorized the demerger of the two (2) Performance Controls, Inc. divisions: Performance Controls of Montgomeryville, PA and AccSys Technology of Pleasanton, CA.

AccSys Technology will change its name to AccSys Technology, Inc. and will continue to be wholly owned by Hitachi Ltd. AccSys Technology, Inc. will operate as an independent firm starting April 1, 2020. The “ship to” and “bill to” addresses will remain the same: 1177 Quarry Lane, Pleasanton, CA 94566-4757.

These companies are demerging due to the upcoming sale Performance Controls and several other Hitachi, Ltd. owned diagnostic imaging businesses, which was announced by Hitachi, Ltd. on December 18, 2019.
